April come what will

Busy busy busy. Nice time with Linda Hickman’s MS people. Shared songs and stories about Staten Island and talked writing. Doing a guitar presentation for Guitar Month at the local Gay Pride Center for their senior members. Hope they like what I have planned. Very happy to be asked to do a couple of performances for kids at the next Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival. Kids keep you honest. The Irish Seisiuns have been fantastic and really well attended; enjoying them. Harbortown played to two sold out shows at Historic Richmondtown Tavern and had a really fun evening with very receptive audiences. Such a great place to play. Enjoying my time as a ‘new’ member of Stout... I have played with them quite a bit over the years but always as a substitute; great fun and they are great guys. The shanty sessions are also doing amazingly well. A lot of people show up to listen but more and more people work up the nerve to join in and that is really what it is all about. Heading back up to NEFFA in a week or so with Jan and Bill to do a Saturday night set. We are locked, loaded, and primed. Don’t miss it.
